    Paul Woolford看似跨越House與Techno範疇的電音創作，

    這位集DJ／混音師／製作人／舞池實驗主義者與唱片廠牌老闆等多重身份於一身的紐西蘭巨匠，
    卻總能夠緊貼著現今舞曲潮流的脈絡，交出一張張令人激賞不已的作品，
    從兩張傳奇電音大廠2020 Vision推出的混音大碟，
    到先後為Depeche Mode、DK7、Delphic、Morgan Geist、Simian Mobile Disco打理的混音作品，
    皆為樂迷所津津樂道。
    2010年，Paul Woolford接掌英倫前衛電音超級名牌「文藝復興」旗下以科技電音為主軸的嶄新系列
    《Renaissance：Platform》第二輯，CD 1以心跳脈搏聲作為開場Intro，
    順勢來到Lusine柔暢的電氣緩拍作品〈Gravity〉，
    Josh Wink的〈Counter Clock 319〉彷若步入幻妙奇異的次元空間，
    在低頻的聲壓效果中，一步步走進精心佈置的折衷電音饗宴，
    進而步入Techno-House的中高速節奏段落；隨後CD 2順暢而緊湊的浩室功架中，
    Morgan Geist的〈The Shore〉以深具華麗太空感的電子效果與Electro重拍，
    帶來本輯的最為精華的段落，隨之而來的Real By Real、Cortney Tidwell，
    皆是精采的科技舞曲演繹。打破Techno音樂向來予人生硬難以咀嚼的刻板印象，
    Paul Woolford「軟硬兼施」地以精確的手法操弄、刻劃出清晰的實驗電子脈絡，
